A rolling planned maintenance programme across 120 social housing units for a regional housing association. Works included roofing, external decoration, and fabric repairs — all completed in occupied properties with zero complaints.
RefurbishmentSupported Housing Refurbishment
Full internal refurbishment of a 24-bed supported housing facility, including new kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, and redecoration throughout. Works were phased to allow continued occupation during the programme.
CladdingIndustrial Warehouse Cladding
Supply and installation of a full insulated composite cladding system to a 6,000 sq ft industrial warehouse. Works included overcladding of the existing roof and walls, improving thermal performance and weatherproofing.
ConstructionNew Build Residential Development
Ground-up construction of 8 new affordable housing units for a local authority. Full project management from groundworks through to handover, delivered on programme and within budget.
RefurbishmentVoid Property Turnaround Programme
Rapid turnaround refurbishment of 35 void properties for a housing association, bringing them back to lettable standard within agreed timescales. Works included full redecoration, kitchen and bathroom replacements, and compliance checks.

Ongoing building services contract for a portfolio of 15 commercial properties, covering planned and reactive maintenance across mechanical, electrical, and fabric disciplines.
